Others Before Me, Lord | Remembering Fr. Jim Willig, Part 1

Hello friends of Heart to Heart,

We had planned to release this video yesterday featuring interviews I conducted with several family members of Fr. Jim and his close friend Fr. Dave but as I edited things together several themes emerged. Rather than put all of the interviews into a single video I decided to release these as two videos, one today and the other this coming Sunday. Tomorrow will feature a video homily from Fr. Michael who is currently on pilgrimage to Medjugorje.

Today's video features Fr. Jim's twin sisters Laura and Linda. I didn't know I would be filming them both when the day began, but their two recollections together paint a wonderful picture of the life of the holy spirit in the Willig family and their brother Fr. Jim, along with the enduring legacy of fostering others before himself; even amidst the journey of suffering that would lead him home to God 25 years ago.

Thank you for watching and stay tuned for some of Fr. Jim's nephews along with Fr. Dave on Sunday.

Peace,
Nathaniel
