This week’s meditations are designed to help lift us from discouragement, restore our joy, and gently remind us of the importance of healthy, holy self-care. Today, Jennifer reflects on the importance of holy self-care—tending to our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit.
