MichaelWelcome to Heart to Heart’s reflections for the Third Week of Easter in our series, Season of Joy. This week’s meditations are designed to help lift us from discouragement, restore our joy, and gently remind us of the importance of healthy, holy self-care. Anne Rometty guides us today and Wednesday. She begins with Jesus’ first words to the disciples on the night of the Resurrection: “Peace be with you.” And the disciples were filled with joy. Joy is one of the primary graces we are praying for in this Easter season. Anne asks you to reflect on what brings you joy? Ask for the gift of joy— a fruit of the Spirit. Thank you for praying with us. If you miss a meditation or two, it’s never too late to begin again. Visit this page for links to all the meditations. Try to find a regular time in your day for prayer. 1st Meditation by Anne Rometty
